Our work sits at the intersection of energy markets, grid optimization, and climate-focused innovation, with the goal of improving reliability and enabling a cleaner energy future.
As an early team member, you will work closely with founders and senior researchers to design, build, and deploy quantitative models that inform real-world decisions in dynamic, high-impact environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy statistical, optimization, and ML models for energy market and grid applications
- Analyze large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with leadership on model design, validation, and strategic direction
- Build scalable, production-ready analytics and research prototypes
Profile
- Strong background in data science, applied math, engineering, or related field
- Experience with Python and modern data/ML tooling
- Interest in energy systems, markets, or infrastructure optimization
- Comfortable operating in a small, fast-moving, high-ownership environment
- Extensive experience in Energy Markets, Power Markets, Energy Optimization, BESS Optimization, Renewable Energy, or Energy Trading
