About the Opportunity
A venture backed FinTech at the forefront of financial wellness and enterprise workplace technology is seeking a strategic finance executive to shape financial strategy, drive operational excellence, and partner with the leadership team to unlock the next phase of scale, performance and growth.
The Perfect Candidate Would Have:
- 10 years of senior finance leadership experience within high growth FinTech, SaaS or technology businesses
- Proven experience building and scaling finance functions in Series A to growth stage companies
- A track record of partnering with executive teams and Boards to drive strategic decision making
- Strong expertise across FP&A, financial operations, accounting oversight and business planning
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic finance partner to the Founders (CEO, COO) and Board, providing insight into business performance and long term planning
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, scenario modelling and financial planning activities across the organisation
- Build scalable financial systems, controls and reporting frameworks to support continued growth
- Own Board reporting, financial performance analysis and business intelligence initiatives
- Partner with Commercial, Product, Client Success and Operations teams to improve visibility and decision making
- Support pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, unit economics and future fundraising activities
What You Bring
- Experience leading finance within venture backed FinTech or SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of GAAP, audits, compliance and financial controls
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands on in fast paced environments
- Experience partnering directly with founders, executive leadership teams and investors
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into commercial insights
- A builder mentality with a passion for creating structure, process and scalability
