As an early member of the BDR team, you’ll help lay the foundation for their pipeline engine, testing new channels, attending events, launching outbound campaigns, and working directly with execs. Key Responsibilities
- Book meetings with senior finance and RevOps leaders via creative outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, events & more)
- Represent the company at high-impact conferences and networking events across the US
- Build awareness through brand-forward social content and targeted outreach
- Collaborate with leadership on experimentation: what new tactics will cut through and convert?
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or startup hustle
- Strong writing and communication skills, both professional and creative
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Comfortable working without rigid templates, curious, proactive, and always testing
