Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Fintech | NYC (Hybrid / In-Office)

Salary - 350-470K USD Equity

We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech organisation entering its next phase of scale and transformation. With strong product–market fit and major investment in innovation, we’re now seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead the evolution of our engineering organisation and shape the company’s future.

🔍 The Opportunity

As CTO, you will own the end-to-end technology strategy and play a critical role in accelerating growth. You’ll drive engineering excellence, elevate product delivery, and build a forward-thinking, AI-empowered technical organisation. You’ll work closely with the executive team to translate business priorities into scalable technology outcomes.

🌟 What You’ll Lead

• Engineering, DevOps, Security and Data functions
• A ~35-person engineering team, with scope to refine, reshape, and grow the org
• Adoption of AI and emerging technologies across the product and business
• The design of a high-performance engineering culture focused on pace, innovation, and accountability

👤 Who You Are

• An inspirational senior technology leader with experience scaling high-growth organisations
• Comfortable transforming engineering teams and introducing modern ways of working
• A strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at the exec level
• Passionate about leveraging AI to deliver both operational efficiencies and product innovation
• Preferably based in NYC (or open to relocation)
