Our Company is growing and is seeking a motivated and experienced full cycle Accounts Payable Professional, to join our dynamic team with strong customer service experience. This position must enjoy working with people and must work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop vendor solutions and relationships.
• Identify Accounts Payable (AP) solutions; provide assistance to vendors, employees, and clients.
• Serve as an interface between vendors and the company to ensure that needs are met and issues are promptly resolved.
• Ensure vendor satisfaction at the time of service.
• 3-way matching and receiving against purchase orders (enter at least 100 invoices a week).
• Generate accounting statements and reports.
• Multi-Company heavy coding and invoice matching.
• Heavy phone/email communication.
• Heavy data entry.
• Perform other assignments as assigned by management.
• Knowledgeable in general ledger.
• Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial analyses.

Job Requirements

• Two plus years of AP experience.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) preferred but not required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, team player.
• Submit files to the bank and submit ACHs.
• Matching up AP invoices and delivery tickets.
• Entering and scanning AP Job Cost invoices through Subcontracts and through purchase orders weekly.
• Entering weekly and monthly invoices.
• Weekly check runs.
• Degree Preferable but not required.
• Credit card statements reconciliation.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willing to complete a pre-employment screening which includes a drug screen.
