Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Denver Metro Area, CO (Hybrid)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Project Manager with a passion for energy efficiency, sustainability, and high-performance building systems. This role combines mechanical engineering, HVAC application expertise, project management, and customer support in a collaborative environment focused on delivering complex commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple HVAC equipment and building systems projects from post-sale through completion.
- Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Generate RFIs and provide technical support related to HVAC applications and system design.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, product data, samples, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Support equipment selection, application engineering, and pricing requests.
- Ensure products are properly applied and meet project requirements.
- Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and project administration.
- Attend customer meetings and occasional jobsite visits throughout Colorado.
- Support internal teams with technical expertise and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors on custom and semi-custom equipment solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and provide support to accounting and operations teams as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC, MEP, consulting engineering, or building systems experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment applications.
- Experience reviewing construction documents and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Office, HVAC Load Calculation and Design Software.
Preferred
- Consulting engineering experience focused on commercial building systems.
- Professional Engineer (PE), EIT, or FE certification.
- Experience with HVAC system design and load calculations.
- Knowledge of chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), air handling units (AHUs), hydronic systems, and controls.
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
