Product Regulatory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Regulatory Specialist to manage product regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations related to SDS documentation, product labeling, DOT classifications, packaging, and regulatory reporting within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain SDS documentation, ingredient disclosures, and product labels
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, REACH, and consumer labeling regulations
• Manage product hazard classifications and transportation compliance
• Review technical documentation and marketing materials for regulatory accuracy
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to internal teams
• Maintain regulatory records and support audits and inspections
• Support new product launches and cross-functional compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Transportation teams
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and participate in internal audit activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field (preferred); Associate’s degree with relevant experience will be considered
• 4 years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience with REACH, OSHA, DOT, and consumer labeling requirements
• Familiarity with global regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3E Generate software
