Manufacturing Process Documentation Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Document manufacturing processes through shop floor observation and team collaboration

• Create and update work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation

• Ensure alignment with AS9100, ISO, and internal quality standards

• Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams

• Identify gaps and improve existing documentation

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  (or equivalent hands-on experience) OR Associate degree / technical certification relevant experience

• 3–7 years in manufacturing, process engineering, or documentation - Aerospace or medical manufacturing experience preferred
