Experience in industrial equipment applications, industrial processing, or industrial technology marketing is required. Materials mixing experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and increase market share.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business development opportunities.
- Build relationships with customers, industry influencers, and distribution partners.
- Lead marketing campaigns, digital marketing, content development, and product promotion.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to generate leads and drive profitable growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI.
- Lead and develop the marketing team.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10–20 years of relevant marketing or business development experience.
- Required background in industrial equipment, industrial processing, or industrial technology marketing.
- Materials mixing application experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of branding, product marketing, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to develop new business, understand technical products, and communicate their value.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
