In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical systems to keep our operation running safely and efficiently.

Shift & Pay 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Base Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour $4,000 Sign-On Bonus Profit Sharing Program Why Join Us. Benefits Starting Day One Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and holidays Life and disability insurance Outstanding On-Site Perks Fully equipped on-site gym and fitness center On-site barbershop Profit sharing program Stable company with long-term career growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues throughout the facility Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems Complete welding, fabrication, and mechanical adjustments as needed Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and HMI systems Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics Accurately enter maintenance work orders and repair data into the maintenance system Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout, PPE, fall protection, and confined space protocols Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI programming Ability to read ladder logic and electrical schematics Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and machine repair Welding, cutting, and fabrication experience Proficient with electrical meters and precision measurement tools Basic computer and maintenance software skills Strong problem-solving ability and commitment to safety and quality Ability to successfully complete a hands-on electrical and PLC assessment Preferred Certifications & Training CPR and First Aid Certification Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Fall Protection Confined Space Entry Ideal Candidate You are a self-motivated maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
