CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Inside Sales Representative - Appointment Setter, you'll be the reassuring voice on the line - helping homeowners connect with our experts and move toward solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Scheduling appointments with qualified leads
• Asking questions to understand homeowner needs
• Resolving basic objections with empathy
• Accurately documenting information in our CRM
• Coordinating with the sales team for a smooth transition

This role moves quickly, with 20–30 calls per hour, but it's deeply rewarding because every call makes a real difference. Here's the schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Friday: Optional 2:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
