WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As our Residential Construction Project Manager, you'll take ownership of every moving part of our exterior construction projects-especially roofing-and keep everything and everyone aligned. You'll be coordinating schedules, ordering materials, connecting with homeowners, and ensuring subcontractors are set up for success. Much of the day is spent in the field: checking on progress, keeping crews moving, running materials where needed, and making sure the jobsite remains safe and efficient. Collaboration with the sales team helps clarify scope and expectations, while ongoing oversight ensures timelines, budgets, and quality standards stay on track. It's a role that blends communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and hands‑on coordination, all while maintaining strong quality checks, promoting safety, addressing concerns, managing resources wisely, and continuously refining processes to keep projects running smoothly.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER?

We're looking for someone who can work a full-time 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM schedule while meeting the following qualifications:

• Experience in a project management or administrative capacity
• Strong leadership skills with a coachable, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Great attention to detail
