At Storm Guard, we're hiring a highly ambitious and adaptable problem solver to forge local connections and close profitable deals as our Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative. This full-time role with our Madison, Wisconsin team follows our structured, proven sales system and works with screened, pre-qualified leads to close deals, promote our roofing/restoration services, and build lasting customer relationships! ENTRY-LEVEL OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE COMPENSATION

• Base Salary & Sales Commission - our associates often make $80,000 in the first year, and experienced reps can make $100,000 – $200,000 annually

Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative Qualifications

• Honest, driven, and coachable mindset
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Positive attitude with a motivation to excel
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in-person

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You'll be traveling throughout your assigned territory, professionally interacting with pre-qualified leads to promote our exterior remodeling services and bring new projects to our business. Every interaction is a new opportunity to close a deal and increase your paycheck! Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with screened homeowners, creating positive relationships, and fostering trust in you and our company
• Performing roof and exterior inspections
• Identifying areas that need work and explaining to homeowners how our solutions are the right fit
• Clearly explaining options, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals
• Accurately documenting your progress and customer information
• Professionally representing Storm Guard, improving your strategies, and continuously developing your career
