Are you detail-oriented with a passion for residential property maintenance? We’re hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our Kitty Hawk rentals team. This position offers hands-on experience in maintenance work for an apartment complex, single-family homes, and manufactured housing rentals. We are looking for an energetic team player who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty!
Pay: $25/hour
Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation
- Current, valid driver’s license and proof of vehicular insurance required.
- 3-5 years General apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and general electrical knowledge needed.
- HVAC-EPA certification
Responsibilities
- Regular maintenance work for an apartment complex, single-family homes, and manufactured housing rentals.
- Responsible for the daily upkeep and appearance of rental properties, both inside and out.
- Interact with tenants on service requests and resident improvements.
