Facilities Support - Springfield, MO

Pay: $15 (per hour)

• No scheduled night work; some weekend work.
• Occasional emergency work outside of scheduled hours is likely.

• Grounds-keeping: mowing, raking leaves, light tree and shrub pruning, weed removal, snow removal.
• Basic building cleaning: carpets, cleaning out storage units, sweeping.
• Outdoor maintenance: trash removal, bulb replacement, door latch installation, woodwork, pavement repair.

Requirements: A high school diploma. You will be provided with the necessary tools to do the job. You must be comfortable using and operating power tools. You will often work independently so a proven work history is necessary. This is a physical job so you’ll need to be able to walk, stand, climb, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
