Do you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping people? We’re hiring a Leasing Agent to join our Kitty Hawk rentals team. This position offers hands-on experience in showing and leasing rental units to prospective tenants.
Pay: $20.00 per hour, contingent on experience.
Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation
- Current, valid driver’s license and proof of vehicular insurance required.
Responsibilities
- Showing and leasing rental units to prospective tenants
- Processing rental applications and payments
- Handling resident concerns and providing excellent customer service
- Conducting move-in and move-out inspections
- Assisting with lease renewals and preparing lease agreements
- Marketing available properties and posting listings online
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Floating between office locations as needed
- Coordinating with maintenance and management to address property issues
- Maintaining accurate records and updating tenant files
- Performing other duties as assigned
