You will:
- Deliver standout customer service that turns first-time visitors into loyal customers
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and provide thoughtful, timely solutions
- Open and close the facility with confidence and attention to detail
- Build strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized support
- Lead engaging facility tours and help customers find their perfect storage solution
- Keep the property clean, organized, and welcoming—inside and out
- Manage support queues and resolve issues efficiently
- Handle rollover calls with professionalism and care
- Identify operational improvements to keep things running smoothly
- Assist with credit inquiries and financial processes with ease
- 2 years of experience in property management, retail, sales, or customer service
- A people-person with a positive, can-do attitude
- Skilled at conflict resolution and staying calm under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A strong communicator with solid organizational skills
- Flexible and open to weekend work and occasional travel to nearby locations
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus (but not required!)
