Position Overview: Veterinary ReceptionistDo you have a warm personality, strong communication skills, and a love for animals? We’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for our clients. In this key role, you’ll help ensure each visit runs smoothly from check-in to check-out, creating a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Greet clients and patients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and gather relevant patient information
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff regarding patient needs
- Ensure patient records are up-to-date, including vaccination status and medical history
- Fill prescriptions and food requests under veterinary guidance
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
