Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 / hour
Stoney Creek Pet Lodge and Rehab Center is now hiring for an outgoing individual to join our team at the front desk as a full-time receptionist!
In this role you will greet clients, answer phones, make reservations, and charge clients.
Must be able to work weekends, as needed.
In this role, you will:
- Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
- Process invoice payments
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
- Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
- Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
- Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
- Accurately input data into computer software
- High school diploma
- Weekend availability as needed
- A love and passion for pets
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
