We provide business development, administrative and program management, Human Resources (HR) support, and communication services to federal, state, and local government organizations.

Available Positions
· Administrative Assistant - Interact with customers and staff using professional, courteous interpersonal skills to provide optimum service; Ensures proper care of sensitive documents, including following procedures for mailings, handling, transmitting and communicating these documents. Establishes, maintains and oversees filing system and records for the department to ensure compliance with guidelines and best practices; Prepares agendas and advisory memos to assure logistical support for assigned areas of responsibility, allowing comprehensive departmental planning. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: High School Diploma or GED Three (3) years of experience involving clerical, fiscal or administrative activities.
· Inventory Clerk - Enters new assets into the inventory database; Assists in taking periodical inventory; Arranges and documents the transfer of any software or equipment; Maintains department requisition reports; Reviews changes in software inventory location and assignment and ensures proper paperwork is completed and filed and that proper personnel are notified. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: High School diploma or GED Four (4) years of experience to include identifying parts and components.
· Executive Secretary - Performs full range of clerical, procedural and administrative support duties for the General Manager; Independently makes arrangements for conferences and meetings notifying all participants of time, place, and subject; Arranges any catering services when required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: High School diploma or GED Five (5) years of administrative assistance/secretary experience at the Executive level.
· Office Administrator - Supports individuals, teams and/or departments. Collects reviews, and analyzes data, prepares reports, charts, budget information and other presentation materials. Responds to or routes inquiries from external and/or internal sources using standard correspondence or other messaging. Also schedules and coordinates meetings, travel and other group activities. Works under close direction of advanced personnel in the functional area. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: High School diploma or GED Entry Level, one (1) year of experience in clerical or administrative activities.
