We provide business development, administrative and program management, Human Resources (HR) support, and communication services to federal, state, and local government organizations.

Available Positions
· Sr. Sourcing Specialist - Develop and sustain qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for niche and high-volume constant recruitment positions. Engage in advanced sourcing techniques leveraging both web-based and grass-roots recruitment methods. Sourcing activities include, but are not limited to job fairs, invitationals, career information sessions, presentations, etc. Support recruiting teams, individual recruiters and/or targeted recruitment initiatives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, Marketing or a Human Resources. Four (4) years of high-volume pipeline recruitment with at least 4 years of grass roots sourcing strategy implementation with the demonstrated specialization of at least 2 years of diversity recruitment, military recruitment and/or employment branding required. Bilingual fluency in English and at least one other defined language required for specific roles.
· Sourcing Specialist - Plays a lead role and/or actively participate in mass sourcing events, professionally representing and promoting the customer as “Employer of Choice”; Screens candidates for full understanding of availability, interest levels, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, Marketing or a Human Resources. Four (4) years of high-volume sourcing for multiple disciplines.
· Compensation Administrator - Assists in assessing the state of current compensation programs and practices to determine what is in the best interest of the customer based on its current and future business objectives; Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring corporate compensation governance processes to ensure a common understanding of pay practices, consistency, fairness, and equity in delivering pay policies and/ or guidance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Behavioral Science. Mid-Level, Seven (7) years of compensation experience as a compensation administrator, manager or analyst.
· Recruiter - Consults and advises hiring managers on the overall hiring process, collaborates on job requisitions details and creation, and advises on the effective candidate assessment/interview techniques; Reviews job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for internet job postings and target niche web sites. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Behavioral Science. Mid-Level, Six (6) years of corporate recruiting experience.
· Technical Recruiter - Proactively monitors and evaluates applicant pool and recalibrates coursing strategy as needed; Partners with hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates effective searches. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Behavioral Science. Senior Level. Eight (8) years of experience accepted in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
· Sourcing and Recruiting Coordinator - Provides support to all members of the Talent Acquisition team; Provides administrative and compliance support for the recruitment process; Interacts with various level of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to schedule interviews; Sends out acknowledgement and regrets communications; Prepares interview offer packages. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree can be substituted in lieu of experience. Entry Level, Three (3) years of general administrative recruitment experience.
· Talent Acquisition Manager - Experience in design and delivery of talent acquisition programs having organization-wide impact. Responsible for the overarching strategies, standard operating procedures and the day-to-day service delivery effectiveness of the recruitment arm of the Talent Acquisition function. Full life cycle recruitment process for entry level through senior executive positions, including the management of the employee job posting process. Provides organizational leaders with subject matter expertise on recruiting strategies and design and implementation of cutting-edge programs to enable the company to successfully approach the competitive marketplace for top talent. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, the Behavioral Sciences or a Human Resources- related field. AIRS recruiter designation additionally preferred. Six (6) years of direct multi- discipline, high volume corporate and/or outsourced recruitment operations management experience. Experience in the design and delivery of talent acquisition programs having organization-wide impact.
