We’re seeking a multi-talented, organized, and friendly professionals to join our team in a dynamic role that blends front-desk reception, customer service, light accounting, and sales support.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering questions, and ensuring that communication flows smoothly within the company, this job offers growth as sales representative, managing a schedule for in-office and outside sales and duties. Beyond the front desk, you’ll assist with pre-accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers and visitors professionally
Notify staff of arrivals and manage front-desk duties
Answer phone calls and assist with customer product questions
Support inside sales team and occasionally visit customers
Use software tools such as Excel, Word, ERP systems, and QuickBooks
Requirements:
Proven customer service or receptionist experience
Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, ERP, QuickBooks
Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Experience in sales or pre-accounting is a plus
Valid driver's license preferred for occasional customer visits
Bilingual (Optional)
