Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative, based in Naples, FL. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including greeting and assisting guests, handling reservations, answering phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and any other duties assinged by magement. Additional duties include ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, and delivering a welcoming experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work both AM and PM shifts (6am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-11pm) any day of the week, weekends, and Holidays as needed.
- Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills, with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in managing Reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Dependability, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferre
