Do you have housekeeping or hospitality experience? Green House hotel, a private hotel in Ft Myers, has a great opportunity for a Lobby/Housekeeping Attendant. In this position you will be delivering exceptional guest services to our guests, assisting with laundry and common area cleaning as well as conducting quality inspections of hotel rooms between guests.
This will require evening and weekend hours.

What you have
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests
- Ability to use technology e.g. computer, tablets, iPads
- Provide friendly and welcoming reception during guest’s arrival
- Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
- Clean and maintain all common areas per established standards.
- Assist with laundry as needed.
- Assist in dining area during meal periods
- Conduct inspections of rooms for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guests
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
