Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality dishes in alignment with the restaurant’s standards, ensuring each plate is executed with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Operate various kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stoves, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food, maintaining the flow of service without delays.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Assist in the setup and stocking of stations with all necessary supplies, ensuring a seamless work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance with sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in inventory management, minimizing waste, and ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development, staying informed about current culinary trends and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent hands-on experience in the culinary arts.
