What Youll Do
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple businesses and priorities
- Anticipate conflicts, shifting priorities, and last-minute changes, proactively solving before issues arise
- Oversee email and communications flow, ensuring timely responses and prioritization
- Coordinate domestic travel and build highly detailed, efficient itineraries
- Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors
- Manage day-to-day operations of a small, high-energy office
- Support both business and occasional personal priorities for the founders
- Act as the in-office point of contact when founders are traveling
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all communications and materials
- Continuously identify ways to improve workflows, organization, and efficiency using modern tools and technology
- 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within private equity, venture capital, investment firms, or other high-performance environments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of execution
- Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging tools and automation to work efficiently
- Proactive and anticipatory you dont wait for direction, you stay ahead
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and operate effectively in a small team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where priorities shift frequently
- Professional, but not rigid you bring energy, adaptability, and a team-first mindset
