About The Role

We are seeking a sharp, highly capable Executive Assistant to support two founders across multiple businesses. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with urgency, and enjoys being at the center of a dynamic, entrepreneurial office.

This is not a traditional administrative role. You will act as a true extension of the founders — managing competing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting senior leadership within a private equity, investment, or similarly high-performance environment and is comfortable operating with speed, discretion, and minimal direction.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple businesses and priorities
  • Anticipate conflicts, shifting priorities, and last-minute changes, proactively solving before issues arise
  • Oversee email and communications flow, ensuring timely responses and prioritization
  • Coordinate domestic travel and build highly detailed, efficient itineraries
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a small, high-energy office
  • Support both business and occasional personal priorities for the founders
  • Act as the in-office point of contact when founders are traveling
  • Maintain strict confidentiality across all communications and materials
  • Continuously identify ways to improve workflows, organization, and efficiency using modern tools and technology


Who You Are

  • 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within private equity, venture capital, investment firms, or other high-performance environments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of execution
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging tools and automation to work efficiently
  • Proactive and anticipatory — you don’t wait for direction, you stay ahead
  • Strong communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and operate effectively in a small team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where priorities shift frequently
  • Professional, but not rigid — you bring energy, adaptability, and a team-first mindset
  • Able to balance autonomy with alignment, knowing when to act independently and when to escalate

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
