Job Summary: Slicing bread and packaging all loaves in a timely manner while following process controls and ensuring the bread meets product specifications. WEEKLY PAY!
Position Responsibilities / Objectives: Operating slicing equipment. Must follow and execute all safety procedures. Ensure that packaging line is running at proper speed for product being packaged. Determine damaged product (out of specification) and discard product. Use any down time to assist with cleaning the department and packaging line and for preparing trays. Assist in loading of delivery trucks.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills and ability to quickly grasp tasks.
- Lift 30 lbs to 50 lbs with assistance
- Stand on feet for a full shift
- Basic math skills
Shift Time : 2:30 to Completion (Sunday through Thursday)
