About the Role
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking part-time laborer to help with general property maintenance, landscaping, cleanouts, and light construction work. This is a flexible support role — you may be assigned to different tasks and properties depending on where help is needed.
The ideal candidate has some experience with landscaping, construction labor, property cleanouts, or basic building maintenance. Advanced trade skills aren't required — we're looking for someone who's mechanically inclined, comfortable using common hand and power tools, and willing to learn.
What You'll Do
- Perform apartment, mobile home, commercial space, and property cleanouts
- Remove trash, abandoned belongings, construction debris, and unwanted materials
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, dumpsters, tools, and supplies
- Assist maintenance staff and equipment operators as a general ground laborer
- Handle landscaping work — mowing, trimming, weed removal, brush clearing, leaf cleanup, and general grounds upkeep
- Assist with basic demolition, site prep, and construction cleanup
- Complete light maintenance tasks such as minor patching, painting, caulking, replacing hardware, and simple repairs
- Keep work areas, vehicles, tools, and storage spaces clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction labor, cleanouts, or property maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and common power tools
- Able to follow instructions and complete assigned work independently
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work at different properties as needed
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather
- Able to safely lift and carry at least 50 lbs and handle physically demanding work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation strongly preferred
- Experience operating landscaping equipment, trailers, or small machinery is a plus
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Part-time. Hours vary based on property needs, cleanouts, seasonal work, and maintenance workload.
