Stone Fortress Residential is looking for a Construction Team Lead to run and work alongside a small crew (2–5 people) on our residential rehab, rental turn, and new construction projects. If you're the kind of leader who's on site every day — tools in hand, drawings in your back pocket, and comfortable jumping into rough electrical, plumbing, or HVAC when the job calls for it — we want to talk to you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, direct, and work alongside a 2–5 person crew every day
- Read and follow CAD/architectural drawings to keep the job on plan and on spec
- Apply working knowledge of rough electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to support the crew and coordinate with trade subs
- Set the pace and quality standard on site — not just supervise from the sidelines
- Keep the job site safe, organized, and moving on schedule
- Communicate daily progress and needs to your Project Manager
WHAT YOU BRING
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in residential construction
- Proven ability to lead a small crew and get work done as a team
- Working knowledge and some hands-on experience with rough electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC
- Ability to read and follow CAD/architectural drawings and scopes of work
- A valid driver's license with a clean record
- A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude
