Now Hiring Part Time Community Property Manager for the Pin Oak Community, in Dillsburg. Job requires average of 12-15 hours a week on average, time management skills will help dictate hours, hours are somewhat flexible with some required time frames and responsibilities each month. Will be required to perform rent collections, manage community policy and guidelines for residents, perform regular community reviews along with managing community maintenance. Communicate with general management on a timely basis. Good People skills are a must as managing community relations is the key to success.
