About Stokke – Here We Grow

  • Founded on the west coast of Norway in 1932, Stokke is built on a strong Scandinavian heritage of craftsmanship, quality, and purpose-driven design. For over four decades, our products have championed connection—creating meaningful moments that bring parents and children closer together, while supporting healthy child development.

Take Responsibility – The Position

  • As Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will own and optimize Stokke’s product presence across Amazon in the U.S. and Canada. This role is central to ensuring that our Amazon product catalog is accurate, compliant, and optimized for discoverability and conversion. You will manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central, maintain listing integrity, drive strategic merchandising, and support promotional campaigns that accelerate growth in a highly competitive retail media environment.
  • You will work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Customer Service, Creative, and Analytics teams—balancing hands-on catalog management with strategic planning and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-driven operator who thrives on solving complex problems, improving systems, and delivering measurable commercial impact.

Engage with Vision & Passion

  • Act as the primary owner of Amazon Seller Central catalog operations for the U.S. and Canada.
  • Ensure all product listings meet Amazon’s compliance standards and align with Stokke’s brand guidelines.
  • Translate product launches, marketing initiatives, and merchandising priorities into Amazon-ready content.
  • Maintain variation integrity, brand consistency, and best-in-class listing quality across all ASINs.
  • Stay informed on Amazon platform updates, new tools, and emerging marketplace trends—sharing insights proactively across teams.

Strategize, Implement, Test & Learn

  • Develop catalog optimization strategies including titles, bullet points, attributes, keywords, and A content.
  • Solve daily catalog challenges including suppressions, stranded inventory, variations, and attribute conflicts.
  • Monitor and optimize key catalog KPIs such as Buy Box status, content quality scores, and suppressed ASIN reports.
  • Build and manage promotional campaigns including Coupons, Deals, Lightning Deals, and Subscribe & Save.
  • Partner with Analytics to test, measure, and refine catalog and promotional performance.
  • Align marketplace execution with inventory planning, sales strategies, and marketing calendars.

Optimize & Administer with Excellence

  • Create and refine SOPs for Amazon content operations to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Track all listing updates, catalog changes, and promotional activities using Smartsheet and Jira.
  • Ensure all content and catalog updates adhere to global standards for accuracy, compliance, and brand representation.
  • Resolve listing violations and maintain full catalog health across the marketplace.
  • Deliver actionable insights and continuous improvements that support sustainable marketplace growth.

Collaborate & Report Like a Pro

  • Partner closely with Inventory Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, and Brand Marketing to ensure strong operational alignment.
  • Collaborate with Analytics COE to evaluate content performance, promotional impact, and overall Amazon health.
  • Produce clear, concise reporting that highlights challenges, opportunities, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Support the Ecommerce Director with visibility into marketplace performance and operational milestones.

Better Together – The Ideal Profile

You are a detailed, analytical, and highly collaborative marketplace operator who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. You understand Amazon inside and out—from catalog rules to compliance to promotional mechanics—and you excel at turning complex problems into structured, scalable solutions. You communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities with confidence, and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you touch.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon merchandising, Amazon content operations, or ecommerce marketplace management.
  • Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, and A content.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon compliance, catalog troubleshooting, and platform workflows.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira.
  • Familiarity with Amazon marketplace analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Stackline, etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage complexity and maintain accuracy.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, creative, analytics, or ecommerce teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Special Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—able to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Openness to domestic and international travel as required.
