We're looking for an Automotive Shop Support Specialist to become an important part of that mission.
This is a flexible, hands-on position that supports both our technicians and our service advisors. Every day is different—you might spend part of your day performing quality assurance test drives after major repairs, transporting customers, organizing parts, assisting around the shop, or helping wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
One of the most important responsibilities of this role is performing post-repair road tests. After our technicians complete major repairs, you'll drive customer vehicles to help verify everything performs as expected before the vehicle is returned. You're the final quality check before our guest gets their vehicle back, helping us deliver repairs with confidence.

What You'll Do
- Perform quality assurance road tests after major repairs to help verify vehicles are ready for delivery.
- Safely transport customers to and from work, home, or other destinations in our shuttle vehicle.
- Pick up and deliver automotive parts from local suppliers.
- Organize and maintain the parts area to improve shop efficiency.
- Assist with general shop cleanliness and organization.
- Move customer vehicles safely around the property.
- Support technicians and service advisors with day-to-day operational needs.
- Answer basic customer questions professionally and courteously during shuttle rides and other interactions.
- Help wherever needed to ensure our guests receive an exceptional experience.

Experience That Helps (But Isn't Required)

- Customer service experience.
- Parts department or warehouse experience.
- Shuttle, delivery, or commercial driving experience.
- Experience as an automotive technician looking for a less physically demanding role.
