Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
- Answer phones and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Present technician recommendations with honesty, professionalism, and confidence.
- Build estimates, manage repair orders, and coordinate repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with proactive communication.
- Follow up after service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills with a consultative approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using shop management software and Windows-based computer systems.
- Valid driver's license.
