Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Gather customer and vehicle information accurately
- Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms described by customers
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Communicate repair timelines and establish follow-up expectations
- Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide regular customer updates
- Ensure repair orders and final invoices accurately reflect completed work
- Review completed repairs and charges with customers in a clear and professional manner
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the service process
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automotive Service Advisor role
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- CSI/customer satisfaction focused
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
