We’re currently seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Personal Lines Account Executive to join our office and support the growing needs of our Helena clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop profitable relationships with existing and new customers
- Promote and adhere to up-sell, cross-sell, and round-out requirements toward all existing and prospective customers
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism.
- Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes with accuracy and care.
- Work closely with producers and underwriters to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverages.
- Maintain up-to-date records in our agency management system (we use Applied Epic).
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in in property & casualty personal lines (Preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and markets
- Active Montana Property & Casualty license (Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- A team mindset and a positive, community-focused attitude
- Ability to travel – approximately 25% travel required
