As an Enrollment Representative, you will represent our brand directly, managing face-to-face customer enrollments with confidence, consultative communication, and in-depth product knowledge. Being an Enrollment Representative means you have the ability to connect with prospects, identify their needs, and recommend the right sales solutions will be essential to driving revenue growth and building long-term customer loyalty.
Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted sales consultant and primary point of contact for prospective and returning customers
- Generate new business by presenting tailored product and service solutions that match customer needs
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and in-person conversations to build and maintain pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on product updates, sales promotions, and market trends
- Clearly communicate value propositions, pricing structures, and service features to support informed decisions
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals and team performance metrics
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, lead activity, and conversion rates in CRM systems
- Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to support retention and satisfaction
- Actively refine sales strategies through training participation, coaching, and performance reviews from Senior Enrollment Representatives
