Entry Level Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, presenting products and services while addressing questions related to enrollment, product features, andinstallation
- Develop strong knowledge of client offerings to confidently educate customers and close sales
- Support territory organization and outreach efforts using lead-generation and sales tracking tools
- Accurately process customer orders, manage data entry, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure seamless service transitions
- Participate in ongoing Entry Level Enrollment Representative training to strengthen communication skills, refine sales techniques, and build confidence within the Enrollment Representative team
- Track and evaluate lead-generation performance to improve outreach strategies and results
Entry Level Enrollment Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred but not required
Prior experience as an Entry Level Enrollment Representative is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire for professional growth
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with lead-generation tools or sales systems is a bonus
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
