Our company works with telecommunications clients to bring their service options to their local consumer base. As an Enrollment Representative for Frontier, you'll assist customers with wireless devices and internet services, turning complex features into clear benefits. As an Enrollment Representative, your role is equal parts representative, problem-solver, and future leader. The Enrollment Representative guides customers through Frontier’s cell phones, wireless devices, and internet options with patience and precision—then deepens their impact by learning retention strategies, compliance standards, and how to measure what’s working.
Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Guide customers in selecting Frontier products, cell phones, and internet services, ensuring solutions are tailored to connectivity needs and account requirements.
- Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets by promoting Frontier’s service plans, bundled offerings, and device solutions with a customer‑focused approach.
- Deliver reliable account support by answering inquiries, resolving service concerns, and reinforcing customer trust through accurate information and timely assistance.
- Maintain product fluency by staying current on industry trends, device specifications, and Frontier’s latest promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Process transactions and account updates, including activations, upgrades, returns, and documentation, ensuring compliance with Frontier’s standards and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales team members and leadership to align sales strategies, share customer insights, and strengthen campaign performance across Frontier’s products.
Enrollment Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly explain Frontier’s wireless and internet solutions.
- Experience in customer support, retail, or sales, ideally within telecommunications, internet services, or subscription‑based industries.
- Organized, adaptable, and customer‑focused approach with integrity, attention to detail, and resilience to consistently achieve performance goals.
