Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Specialist who is a self-starter and thrives in prospecting, cultivating awareness, and generating interest in the company’s proprietary products. This role involves using phones and other creative tactics to engage potential customers, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and cultivating interest in company products via phone and other methods.
- Providing customers with detailed product knowledge and options.
- Generating accurate and reliable sales forecasts.
- Utilizing CRM and other sales management tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Communicating effectively and fluently with customers and team members.
- Completing other related tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or executive leadership to support company goals and meet deadlines.

- Strong aptitude for sales marketing and identifying new opportunities.
- Experience with sales forecasting and managing customer relationships.

Education and Experience Requirements:
