Job Title: Account Manager

You’ll work closely with operations, production, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing communication with key client accounts to address service concerns, order updates, and operational questions in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating detailed order workflows while ensuring all specifications, artwork, and supporting data are accurate before production begins
- Troubleshooting account-related challenges involving invoicing, delivery schedules, product details, and production timelines
- Building a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production requirements, and technical specifications tied to customer projects
- Working cross-functionally with operations, production, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and customer expectations
- Monitoring account activity and proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 5 years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, or related roles
- Experience supporting large or high-volume client accounts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience within manufacturing, printing, production, direct mail, or related industries preferred
- SAP experience or the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

This position is based on-site in Bolingbrook, IL. Employees are expected to work onsite during the initial training period to learn company operations and workflows.
