📣 We're Hiring: Part-Time Office Administrator (Norwood, MA)
Stiles Co is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team in a part-time administrative role (approximately 20 hours/week, Monday through Friday, flexible schedule).
This position plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Answering phones and general administrative support
- Filing and other office tasks
- Proven experience in AP and AR
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable communicating professionally via phone and email
- Experience with SAP Business One is a plus
- Location: On-site in Norwood, MA
- Schedule: ~20 hours per week, flexible during regular business hours (Monday–Friday)
- Type: Part-time
