Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Office Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position is integral to maintaining a professional front office environment while supporting a variety functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and passionate about delivering excellent administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take and relay messages accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Report and manage company package insurance claims.
- Receive and manage customer complaints.
- Order supplies for management office.
- Request and update annual permits/licenses for all locations.
- Collaborate and support the Accounts Payable Clerk with AP duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Work Environment:
- This is an on-site position requiring regular interaction with employees and visitors.
- Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required depending on company events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.47 - $27.00 per hour
