Job Summary:
Stief Concrete Work, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on commercial concrete construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods and jobsite safety.

Foreman Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate commercial concrete construction crews
- Plan and execute work, including footers, foundations, walls, piers, slabs, curb, and sidewalk
- Review construction drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Perform layout, formwork, placing, and finishing as needed
- Train and mentor crew members in best practices for concrete construction
- Operate and train crews on construction equipment and machinery
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
- Track job progress and document issues using construction management software
- Maintain strong communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Commercial Concrete Foreman
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods
- Ability to lead crews and work hands-on in the field
- Valid driver’s license with DOT medical card
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Preferred:
- OSHA 30 Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in training and mentoring construction crews
