As an Engagement Manager at Stibo Systems, you will be a key partner to our clients, bridging strategy and execution to drive business value through successful and commercially sound engagements. 
 

This role is all about building trusted relationships, ensuring our customers achieve measurable success with Stibo Systems, and supporting the sales cycle through upsell and cross-sell opportunities,” says Joy Olson, Senior Director, Professional Services. 
 

This is the role and main tasks 

As an Engagement Manager, you will own Professional Services engagements from deal shaping through delivery governance, ensuring commercially sound, well-structured, and successfully delivered customer projects. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Project Managers, Delivery teams, and Partners to support both new and existing customers.  
 

This role is not just about delivery—it’s about selling value. You will play a critical role in shaping deals, influencing scope, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that drive growth for both the customer and Stibo Systems. You’ll also help customers understand how AI-powered capabilities within our platform can unlock new efficiencies and insights. 

 

More specifically, you will: 
  • Shape early client engagements, implementation approaches, and compelling value propositions, partnering closely with Sales to win new logos through delivery credibility and commercial clarity.  


  • Own end-to-end engagement responsibility for assigned customer accounts, leading scoping, estimating, and the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs).  


  • Ensure successful delivery in line with agreed scope, pricing, timelines, and commercial terms, balancing customer outcomes with business objectives 


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior business and IT stakeholders.  


  • Develop and present ROI-driven business cases, clearly articulating the value of Stibo Systems’ solutions—including AI-driven capabilities—in business-first language 


  • Cultivate deep expertise in Stibo Systems’ solutions and engage clients through meetings, strategic discussions, and product demonstrations.

You will join our Professional Services organization, a global team of experts dedicated to delivering value and success for our customers. We work closely with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to ensure seamless delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.

Who we are looking for 

You possess strong commercial awareness, including expertise in pricing, scope control, and change management. As a customer-focused professional, you effectively combine delivery governance with excellent stakeholder management. You are confident engaging with senior executives, comfortable navigating complex engagements, and adept at balancing commercial objectives with delivery priorities. 


Moreover, you: 
  • Bring 5 years of experience from a similar role 


  • Bring solid experience delivering customer-facing projects in Professional Services, SaaS, or consulting environments 


  • Understand project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative) 


  • Have proven experience with commercial models, scope management, and Statements of Work 


  • Possess strong financial acumen and negotiation skills 


  • You love whiteboards and how to use visuals in your discussions 


  • Are curious about AI-driven use cases and how they can create business value for customers 


  • Excel at influencing without formal authority in a matrix organization
