Recruitment Consultant

SThree is looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our San Diego, CA office located in Little Italy. This is an exciting business development and recruitment opportunity where you will be working with some of our top clients in STEM.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the candidate delivery and client relations of the recruitment life cycle
• Driving business development to expand existing accounts and create new relationships
• Identifying the best candidates for niche job opportunities
• Managing the candidate’s experience
• Closing candidates on job offers
• Overseeing the onboarding process for recently hired ambassadors

Requirements:

As a suitable applicant, you must be:

• A minimum of 6 months of sales experience
• Customer service oriented
• Motivated by success and career growth
• Highly competitive
• Coachable and willing to implement feedback
• Adept at building strong relationships
