- Design electrical systems for subsea equipment including propulsion motors, actuators, sensors, and motion control products.
- Develop brushless motor drive electronics and supporting circuitry.
- Support the design of rotary and linear actuators, hydraulic pump controls, propulsion systems, and related electromechanical assemblies.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering documentation.
- Build, prototype, test, troubleshoot, and validate new electronic designs.
- Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams throughout product development.
- Improve existing products to increase performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Support circuit board assembly, product integration, and manufacturing testing activities.
- Lead or participate in design reviews, technical discussions, DFMEA/PFMEA activities, and engineering change processes.
- Serve as the engineering lead on custom customer projects, ensuring technical success, schedule adherence, and budget alignment.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, including occasional travel when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably supporting manufacturing or product development environments.
- Experience designing electronic systems for motion control, power electronics, or electromechanical equipment.

- PWM, ADC, DAC, UART, SPI, I²C, CAN or similar communication protocols
- Power electronics including MOSFETs and IGBTs
- PCB design and schematic capture (Altium Designer preferred)
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
- BOM development and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- ERP/MRP systems
- Product lifecycle management
- Oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, load cells, and electronic laboratory equipmen
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
