What you would do

• Liaising between business teams and technical resources to resolve implementation challenges and maintain momentum
• Participating in post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and support ongoing optimization

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

• 2-5 years' experience in systems implementation, business analysis or related business/IT function
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, analysis and process mapping
• Familiarity with ERP or enterprise system implementations, including exposure to SAP or comparable platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• SAP Certified Professional or equivalent ERP systems certification
• Experience supporting change management during large-scale implementations
