Concrete Workers (some require a minimum 3 years' experience)
Starting pay UP TO $25.00/hr.

Concrete Worker Requirements:
Our ideal candidate desires a career, rather than a job, and wants to grow as part of a thriving company. Some positions require a minimum of 3 years' experience.

STARTING PAY RATES (based on experience and skill set as determined by hiring personnel):
General Laborer (little to no experience) $16.00 to $17.00
Concrete Laborer (with some experience in concrete) $17.00 to $19.50
Skilled Laborer (3 years' experience in setting forms for SOG and walls) $19.50 to $21.50
Carpenter/Flatwork (minimum 3 years' experience as concrete carpenter) $21.50 to $25.00
Lead Carpenter (minimum 3 years' experience, can read drawings, shoot anchor bolts) $25.00 to $27.00
Foreman Trainee (minimum 8 years carpentry/flatwork experience.) $27.00 to $30.00
Foreman (minimum 10-12 years carpentry/flatwork experience, good leadership qualities.)
$30.00 to $34.50
