What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Carpenter Foreman position at Stewart Richey Construction?
Requirements
- 6 year's experience in commerical construction.
- Well versed in commerical doors and hardware, toilet partitions and hardware, acoustic grid ceiling, and metal stud framing/wood framing
- Distinguished knowledge in many areas of construction, residential, commerical, and industrial.
- Excellent communication with the customers.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and or documents.
- Superior knowledge of safety regulations and enforce safe working practices.
- Ability to provide estimates as needed.
- Superior ability to manage crews of two or more and motivate others to complete work safely and efficiently.
- Ability to diagnose/research/problem solve with little to no supervision.
STARTING PAY RATES (based on experience and skill set as determined by hiring personnel).
POSITION COMES WITH A COMPANY VEHICLE AND TOOLS.
